All orders are placed directly with sellers on AliExpress, so refunds are handled by AliExpress Buyer Protection — not by us.

How it works

1. Open your order in the AliExpress app or website.
2. Click "Open Dispute" within the protection period.
3. Choose refund-only or return-and-refund.

In our experience disputes with photo evidence are resolved in the buyer's favor within a week.
